Te Kakenga Ki Ngā Rangitūhaha
Quantum Navigating The Multi-Dimensional IO-Verse
Today the world widely recognizes universities, academic institutions, doctorates, and externally granted qualifications as legitimate systems of education, attainment, and transmission. Yet long before these modern systems emerged, Mauri throughout Aotearoa and Te Moana Nui a Hiva already carried highly advanced inherent systems of education, qualification, navigation, consciousness, ceremony, healing, environmental understanding, transmission, and relational responsibility grounded in whakapapa between Mauri and IO.
This work is not an attack upon modern educational systems. It is the restoration and reopening of the inherent Mauri systems that already existed long before them. This is a mirror reflection between two worldviews: one grounded in external qualification and institutional recognition, and the other grounded in inherent relationship, lived attainment, whakapapa, responsibility, and direct relationship with IO.
These were not symbolic systems separated from everyday life. They were living practical, intellectual, ceremonial, environmental, navigational, and cosmological systems woven directly into the living fabric of existence itself through direct relationship between Mauri, IO, whenua, moana, taiao, wairua, the stars, and the living multidimensional IO-verse. Within inherent Mauri knowledge systems, the practical and the cosmological are not separate.
To walk these pathways requires:
research,
travel,
observation,
listening,
interviewing elders,
climbing mountains,
navigating oceans,
carrying ceremony,
understanding the stars,
restoring relationships,
serving communities,
enduring hardship,
financial outlay,
and embodying responsibility through direct lived experience.
Within Ngā 13 Rangitūhāhā Ō IO, qualification is not measured only through intellectual understanding, but through lived embodiment, service, sacrifice, endurance, relational accountability, and the ability to carry knowledge responsibly within the world. Over many generations much of this knowledge became fragmented, hidden, silenced, or misunderstood. Yet the inherent infrastructure of IO was never extinguished. It remained woven throughout the seen and unseen dimensions of existence awaiting its reopening and restoration once more.
The restoration of these pathways is also the restoration of Indigenous confidence, legitimacy, and remembrance. Mauri do not need to psychologically subordinate their inherent systems of knowledge beneath externally constructed institutions in order for their knowledge systems to carry validity, depth, intelligence, or reality. Through more than five decades of lived experience, Te Whatukura a Tangaroa, Kupe-Ariki accepted the invitation to enter Ngā 13 Rangitūhāhā Ō IO. IO revealed the template and the pathway, but the pathway still had to be walked. Through ceremony, celestial alignment, research, travel, practical lived experience, navigation, whakapapa, intuition, sacrifice, and inherent relationship with IO, Ngā 13 Rangitūhāhā Ō IO were successfully traversed, reopened, and rewoven into the living multidimensional IO-Verse across Aotearoa and Te Moana Nui a Hiva.
This restoration unfolded publicly through many ceremonial stages over 50 years witnessed by hundreds of people throughout the journey. It required time, lifeforce, resources, endurance, courage, sacrifice, and the willingness to stand publicly within pathways not yet fully understood by many.
It was lived.
It was fulfilled.
It was embodied.
Ngā 13 Rangitūhāhā Ō IO are:
1.Te Rangitūātinitini / Te Rangimāruarua
2.Tikitiki-o-ngā-rangi (Te Toi-o-ngā-rangi)
3. Tiritiri-o-matangi
4. Rangi-naonao-ariki
5. Rangi-te-wanawana
6. Rangi-nui-ka-tika
7. Rangi-mata-ura
8. Tauru-rangi
9. Rangi-mata-wai
10. Rangi-maire-kura
11. Rangi-parauri
12. Rangi-tamaku
13. Rangi-nui-a-tamaku-rangi
Ngā 13 Rangitūhāhā Ō IO are an inherent Mauri educational, qualification, navigational, ceremonial, practical, and cosmological system grounded in whakapapa between Mauri and IO. This living framework of consciousness, attainment, transmission, and relational responsibility existed long before modern institutional systems emerged.
From this restoration, the living houses have been reopened:
Te Whatupungapunga Whare Wānanga Ō Nukutāwhiti; International School Of Tohunga Development, and;
Te Whare Kokorangi Ō Kupe-Ariki; International School Of Applied Celestial Knowledge, and;
Te Whare Ō Kupe-Ariki; The Paramount Chieftainship House Of Kupe-Ariki.
These are not externally constructed academic institutions or ideological systems. They are living houses of inherent Mauri knowledge, transmission, navigation, consciousness, ceremony, practical attainment, and relational responsibility grounded in whakapapa between Mauri and IO.
These houses exist to serve the people, not to burden them. The pathway is not founded upon debt, instant gratification, or transactional attainment. True growth within inherent Mauri knowledge systems requires time, commitment, lived experience, responsibility, discipline, sacrifice, and relationship. People may still need to move, travel, live, participate, and commit themselves fully to the journey, but the purpose of these houses is restoration, transmission, service, and the continuation of living knowledge for future generations.
The ceremonial regalia presented within this work represent different stages of the restoration journey through Ngā 13 Rangitūhāhā Ō IO. The purple regalia with gold trim represents the acceptance of the invitation from IO to enter the pathway. The gold and purple regalia represent the successful reopening and traversal of Ngā 13 Rangitūhāhā Ō IO through lived experience, ceremony, knowledge, sacrifice, and restoration work carried out across Aotearoa and Te Moana Nui a Hiva. The buffalo hide represents that this work was not achieved through abstract philosophy alone, but through inherent Mauri practical and cosmological knowledge systems lived directly through whenua, moana, whakapapa, ceremony, travel, research, endurance, observation, and collective responsibility. Together, the regalia represent the reunification of the practical and cosmological dimensions of inherent Mauri knowledge once more. Within this restoration stands: Te Whatukura a Tangaroa, Kupe-Ariki. Te Whatu — the sacred centre stone of IO — rewoven through the living multidimensional restoration of Ngā Rangitūhāhā and the reopening of the inherent houses of transmission once more.
Te Whatukura a Tangaroa, Kupe-Ariki chose to publicly enter, traverse, and trailblaze this pathway so the houses could live once more for future generations. This work is not only about the present generation. It is about restoring living pathways of knowledge, attainment, responsibility, consciousness, and service so future generations may once again walk within the inherent houses of Mauri knowledge without forgetting who they are. The houses are open once more. The pathway is living. The knowledge is inherent and complete.
