Foundational Alignment 

Te Tikanga Nui Ō Te Mana Tuku Iho is the Origin and Supreme Order of Pacific Inherent Authority. It is the source from which all inherent authority, order, and responsibility arise. PIRI exists as the relational and operational expression of that Origin, enabling continuity, connection, and applied responsibility across peoples, lands, and oceans. PIRI does not govern authority; it carries it into relationship.

Te Whare Ariki Ō Kupe Nuku IO-Ariki holds bloodline sovereignty and ancestral standing. Te Whare Kokorangi Ō Kupe Nuku IO-Ariki holds celestial knowledge, star lore, and navigational intelligence. Both Whare stand within the infrastructure of PIRI while remaining directly accountable to Te Tikanga Nui Ō Te Mana Tuku Iho, the Origin from which all authority arises. Neither Whare is subordinate to organisational control, doctrine, or hierarchy. Their authority is inherent, genealogical, and celestial in nature.

This alignment exists as a Statement of Being, not a proclamation, claim, or request. It does not seek validation, followers, or recognition. It affirms continuity, responsibility, and correct order, ensuring that whakapapa, whenua, and celestial knowledge remain held with integrity across generations.
